“We love University of Gymnastics!!! I received a prompt email response about their offerings and signing up my granddaughter. My granddaughter had been wanting to start for a while and was eager. She has been there 9 months starting at age 7 and absolutely loves it!!! She would go for daily lessons if it were her way. All the staff is great, friendly, professional. Children are treated equally regardless of talent. If your child is eager, they will definitely give pointers, instruction, and encouragement. There are also monthly Kids Night Out offerings, private individual lessons, camps, and room for growth through Show Team, and competition. A very great experience for us!”

“I’ve been a member of SUCF for 2 years now. Crossfit always seemed so intimidating to me but let me tell you I was completely wrong. Crossfit is for everyone no matter what fitness level you are at. People here are like family. There is so much encouragement not just from the coaches but also from the members. The coaches Jason and Jill are amazing and make sure to help you reach your goals. They now offer nutritional coaching . I have been doing it for 2 months now I’ve lost 10 pounds so far. It has changed the way I look at food. I’ve learned that it doesn’t have to be complicated. I feel very energized, I’m not hungry, I sleep better and my Performance at the gym has significantly improved. This program helps you build so many healthy habits.
