I have been at the Newark RV Park since June of 2021.
Joe and Karen are wonderful hosts, they live on-site and are always available to answer questions.
They are constantly improving the park, and keep it looking great.
The laundry/meeting room is well maintained. It's a quiet place to sit and read a book or study.
Most of the people here are long term.
It's a beautiful setting just a short walk to Eagle Mountain Lake.
It's a nice, clean, quiet place to live.
Thank you so much for our stay at your park! Coming from Idaho, we did not know what to expect, but your hospitality and wonderful setting made our stay with you a great experience. The park is safe and clean and the site is always in good shape. Thanks for your great park, it meant a lot to us getting settled in Texas!
This is the most kind and sweetest family I have met. (The owners )
Wonderful quiet property and well mowed.
Love the decor in the shared front laundry area.
There is always snacks and other goodies. Very inviting.
We truly enjoyed our time there and would recommend it to anybody who asked where to park their RV in north Fort Worth area.
Great place for a family.
Hands down a great place to live the owners are two in a million and make this park nice safe and appealing. I don’t think we could of been referred a better park to live the area is improving tremendously with houses being built and more businesses opening in the area also all tenants are trustworthy and look out for each other like a good neighbor should makes this place feel like a community I wanna belong to. Karen and Joe thank you for all you do!!!!
Decided to try staying here after a bad stay at another park nearby, I wish we would have found this one first! From the first call we knew it was a well managed park; the owners are great and you can tell they really care about your experience at their park. Laundry and community center for guest use, and lots of trees.
We were the first to stay in one of their brand new RV spots, so we experienced some hiccups getting set up, but the owners were on it and worked fast to get things fixed.
Our only real issue was that the gravel they have down for the new spots was more clay/mud than gravel, and we happened to be there for some rain, so we had some very muddy boots after set up/break down and there were some soft spots. Hopefully with some time/compaction or a little more gravel this won't be an issue in the future.
We'll definitely stay here again next time we come through and look forward to giving it 5 stars :)
