Located off of highway 287 near a truck stop pilot travel center which is visible from the highway. It is a food truck in the parking lot of the gas station. The food is amazing. Try the chicken biryani and naan bread. The tea is also great. There are lots of options on the menu considering it is a food truck.

This Indian Chinese Fusion food truck was awesome! I would love to see them have a restaurant with patio or rooftop seating! Great service, helpful in avoiding gluten and provided a huge portion! Wonderful veg fried chicken rice.

It was another fuel stop, driving back to Houston from Copper Mountain, when I noticed this food truck serving Indian food. I figured I’d give it a shot, being 15 hours into the drive. Well, it was an awesome decision. The chicken curry was fantastic. It may not be until next year that I drive through Rhome, TX again, but I’ll make it a point of stopping here to eat again. Even the naan was really good.
