“I have been seeing Nurse Practitioner Sharla Carver since about 2005 (over 12 years now!) At first I was seeing a doctor that, although I believe him to be a good doctor, I didn’t always agree with his opinion and he did not document everything as thorough as it needed to be to qualify for a surgery that took SIX MONTHS of monthly visits to qualify for. I switched to Sharla at that point, based on a co-worker’s recommendation, and for the next six months she documented everything thoroughly and I qualified for the surgery I needed! Through this process I found a new primary caregiver that cares about her patients and is very good at documentation & communication! She always is very knowledgeable about my medical needs and I am a very medically complex patients who sees multiple specialists. Even though she is not a physician, I feel very confident having her coordinate my care. Also I want to say the front desk & office staff is always courteous and friendly. I’ve never had a bad experience at this clinic in the 15 years I’ve been going here.”
