“A great small snack shop, so many options it’s hard to decide what to order. No matter what you get, everything is amazing. The photo I posted is the caramel smoothie.”

“What a little jewel this town is, it is as if you are suddenly taken back 100 years. We were hosted by a local artist, so we took a walking tour of the town. The town is situated as such, that a local party was taking place, and our guide walked us into the home where a family was enjoying Mexican Music, foods, and a spectacular view of Mexico at sunset. Why there are many significant aspects of this town to consider, one of the most important to me was that San Ygnacio was one of the last places to view Spanish-Mexican Vernacular Ranch Architecture. Some of these buildings have been there since 1830, that is 15 years earlier than when the state of Texas became a state of the United States.”

“I went there in the seventies. I learned both sides of life..academic and real world..No frills. No "touchy feely teachers' , just old fashion schooling the way it was meant to be. No a.c. either by the way....My classmates weren't exactly the future rocket scientist types either..Lol. You really had to want to learn. My mom was a teacher at the same time there , didn't help matters much.I could write a book an inch thick on bullying But it made me tough and made me the success I am today.”
