“We came here recently and it was such a great experience! So many varieties of items to buy to give you that Texas feel. The family that runs it is also very friendly and have a lot of history to share! Definitely recommend for anyone to stop by!”

“What a little jewel this town is, it is as if you are suddenly taken back 100 years. We were hosted by a local artist, so we took a walking tour of the town. The town is situated as such, that a local party was taking place, and our guide walked us into the home where a family was enjoying Mexican Music, foods, and a spectacular view of Mexico at sunset. Why there are many significant aspects of this town to consider, one of the most important to me was that San Ygnacio was one of the last places to view Spanish-Mexican Vernacular Ranch Architecture. Some of these buildings have been there since 1830, that is 15 years earlier than when the state of Texas became a state of the United States.”
