“My daughter got her braces on around 4 months ago. All of the employees, from the front office to the people working in the back, are so nice and helpful. They were able to run my insurance and set up a contract so I can make payments on the balance due and clearly explain what treatment would entail. Appointment availability is good as well and when we needed to get in quickly for a broken bracket they were able to fit us in the same day. I recommend Dr. Mardaga to anyone needing orthodontic treatment.”

“Top notch! Dr Myser is a doctor you’d normally travel into a large city to find. ALWAYS addressing my oral health with the best possible options, then allows me to decide my course of action. Front office knows my insurance fee schedule well before my arrival; providing me with a good patient portion due at my appointment. While this is a top notch “big city” worthy practice, they treat all their patients like they’ve just walked into their home for tea and pie! Love that I feel that they care! Have you experienced tooth pain and have been put on the back burner? Not this practice! My oral health or lack thereof in some cases, have always been addressed immediately and with empathy! “I normally do not take the time to write reviews to start off. This office is amazing! I have a hard time trying new places but I was able to get squeezed in for an appointment pretty quick! They are very transparent with pricing for their services if you need any - a lot of dental offices do “new patient” consultations and charge fees for that, without getting the stinking cleaning you made the appointment for, but not here! I was able to get seen, get X-rays and get my cleaning then on the road! Staff was super friendly as well, Heather is really, really good at her job and just so informative and makes sure you’re doing okay every step of the way! Great management! 10/10 will definitely be recommending to people in the area!!”

If you want a personal experience, this is the place for you. They know all of their patients by name and truly care. Dr. Dickey is fantastic and very thorough. He explains everything in detail and provides you with your options, so that you can make the decision regarding your treatment. There is absolutely no pressure as they understand everyone has different situations, but they will do everything possible to help you work out payment options. There's no wait either! When you get there for your appointment, they have you back within minutes. My son, who is 9, also goes to Dr Dickey's. They are great with all ages. I will continue going to Dr Dickey as long as I'm in the DFW area :)”

“This place is great. I don’t like going to the Dentist’s but this entire staff makes you feel at ease and are so gentle with their patients. The Front Office Staff Candace and Office Mgr Michelle are so sweet and helpful. They are so kind. Kylie, the Dental Hygienist we had is so gentle, friendly, and very knowledgeable. KJ the Dentist’s Assistant is absolutely wonderful! She is good with kids and people who are nervous about procedures like myself and definitely lightens the room and the mood. The Dentist is wonderful! He is gentle, kind, and will make you feel at ease. He answers questions and makes time for all his patients. He ensures you are not in pain and wants you to be comfortable. On top of the great service they squeezed me in last minute after my cleaning to fix cavities they found. What a wonderful experience.”
