It took her three rounds of shots to get numb, but they were patient and made sure that she was 100% comfortable before starting. They eased her nerves and had her in and out quickly. My daughter is only 9 and has extreme fears at the dentist due to traumatizing experiences before, and I think this really turned her thinking around! Thank you for saving her tooth and for your patience and kindness. I forget her assistant’s name, but she was also very thorough in explaining the process to me and my daughter and follow up instructions. I definitely recommend this office!”

“I can’t say enough great things about this place and the people who work there. I always hate going to the dentist but they made it such a comfortable and peaceful experience all the way through. I got 4 crowns put in (attached photos below of before and after) The dental technician that made my beautiful crowns worked chairside with the doctor to ensure everything went well and she could make changes as needed/wanted. This is an added service that very few doctors offer so I feel so lucky to have had that added comfort of her being there and really working with me. It showed me how important the case was to her. The team at Prime Time is top tier. From the front desk to the doctors. They took their time to explain everything to make sure I knew what was going on and felt comfortable. I have not been able to afford dental insurance or receive any type of dental care for 35 to 40 years and even found myself being a recluse because of my poor dentition and rather borderline depressive because I was ashamed to smile in public and would cry a lot. Dr. Walker and the staff were so kind and I was able to get an infected tooth taken care of and a set of partials with a payment that did not leave me homeless.
