“My home had been hit by lighting the night before, Fire Department advised me NOT to reset any breakers until I'd had the breakers and box checked by a electrician. When I called at 7:40 in the morning. A friendly polite voice told me that she would get my info to a technician. Less than 20 minutes later, she called be back and told me Joseph would be at my home within an hour, It was less than that. Joseph, checked the box and the breakers and started the reset process one by one. I had power and lights, electrical after a lighting strike was good. Joseph even went into my attic to inspect wiring close the strike area. Not only did he check the wiring he also took pictures of the damage to the roof truss and radiant barrier on the roof decking. ( the only other people that went into my attic was fire department) had he not taken the time to take those pictures I would have never known about the damage to the attic area of the home I'm so grateful to Joseph and Esther for the friendliness and fast service that morning. They were both kind and professional”

“RAB Electric Consultants helped me get a whole house natural gas power generator installed and running. I had talked with a couple of other companies who tried to sell me larger, expensive and noisier 24KW units but Rocky took the time to actually measure the current drawn by both my air conditioning units and found that a 14KW unit was perfect for my 3500 Sq. Ft. house. This Champion generator is quieter and cheaper than the 24KW Generac and comes with a 10 year limited warranty (twice what Generac offers). Rocky and his chief installer, Matt, had the generator mounted within 3 days of my order and patiently waited while CenterPoint Energy took 5 weeks to get my gas line installed. Rocky finished the job today with a startup lesson and instructions about my new generator.
