Starr knows her stuff and she is always smiling and makes everyone laugh. She is the most amazing front desk lady ever. 💜 she has the kindest heart and always give the best advice and information for parents and athletes. If you ask her something she has the answer 99.9% of the time. My daughter has been going here for almost 6 years and she treats both my kids like they are her own! We love you Starr! “I called Fyzical to schedule an appointment for some dizziness I was experiencing. Peggy answered and was extremely pleasant & helpful. Once she established that I was a new patient and what i needed to be seen for, she gathered my insurance information, scheduled my appointment, and gave me some instructions regarding an email she was sending me with paperwork to fill out. On the day of my appointment, I saw a physical therapist named Melissa - she was very professional and very knowledgeable about my condition. I really appreciated how patient she was, that she asked several questions, and also thoroughly explained everything she was going to have me do regarding movements and such. At this point, I have been treated several times, and my dizziness has been resolved. I highly recommend Fyzical Therapy & Balance Centers because everyone was so friendly and professional... the facility is clean, well maintained, and a very pleasant environment... the whole process was very seamless for me. Go to Fyzical for all of your physical therapy or balance treatment needs.”
