“A Truck Drivers review of this Floor & Decor distribution center. Not really knowing for sure, I rolled in at 2am. There is plenty of parking on the shoulder of Fishers Road directly in front of the DC. So you clock crawlers or anyone who is concerned about HOS or making their appt on time can get here, rest, then crawl your way to the gate. The female security agents, not only are they friendly, but pretty too. Checking in takes about 10 minutes. You’ll need your drivers license. While they are doing the paperwork, they’ll tell you to remove your seal and open your doors. These security agent are also the ones who assign you to the dock and sign your final paperwork when departing. My delivery appt was scheduled for 11:30am. I was checked in, assigned a dock, and backed into the dock by 8:15am. I was unloaded and released from the dock at 8:30am. Completely out of the facility and back on Fishers Road scanning paperwork by 8:45am.”

I have had like most bad experiences over my life with contractors who did not live up to their promises or when a problem arose, their attitude was it is what it is. This is not the case here. I am a living example of this. I contracted with a Hardwood Designs for almost 3000 sq feet of flooring. Upon completion there was a problem and I contacted Brannon, the owner. This was the type of problem that other contractors would have argued about or not returned your calls. Brannon on the other hand came out and identified the problem and fixed it. This is a person of high morales who takes pride in what his company does and looks at it as a reflection upon himself. I have this magnificent floor that looks like a work of art and could not be happier.”
