“We used New Start Moving when we moved from our home and were very pleased with them. They were very professional and made sure nothing got damaged. I was impressed how there would be a guy watching to make sure furniture coming through doors didn't hit the door jams and a couple guy handling the furniture. We especially loved how they took the bed frames and dining table apart while moving and reassembled them at the new place which saved us so much time on having to put everything back together. “My experience with Righteous Vanlines Moving company ended up okay. At first, I became a bit skeptical because the prices changed on me during pick up. We were on the third floor and had elevators. No one really told us that extra stairs and elevators would be extra charges but it was outlined in the paperwork so we were okay with that because after extra research on moving companies, it was not unusual that moving companies did charge extra fees for these services. I just wish that we could have been aware upfront. As far as the moving team...we were satisfied with their customer service both in how they handled us as customers and how they packed our items. Once we received our things in Spencer, WI, we did run across an extra fee because we were on the second floor but this fee was waived and we all left off happy. I would recommend this company but I would also advise others to ask questions regarding stair and elevator fees (if applicable) upfront so that there will not be any surprises. As for the service of this company, we were very satisfied! Good luck!”
