“Called after being referred to unload a Mill I was getting for the house. Gave them dimensions, that I needed it moved from the trailer outside into the garage and the set. They sent over a quote and confirmed the time to do this. I spoke with them 3 days prior to the meet-up and said the Mill was in process of moving. They verified that I still planned to unload on the day we planned and said if any issues arise to just call. Sent them a note that we were good to go and they were there on time, even a bit early. Total time to unload from time they backed the forklift off was 30 minutes. They didn't skip safety or try to move to quick. They just knew what to do and how to handle it. Definition of proffesionalism.”

The storage area is always clean inside and out. Had a personal issue and the Mgr Slater was very quick to return my call and resolve my issue. “I would DEFINITELY recommend using Ace Relocation Systems, Inc. - Atlas Van Lines. I was given Eric's name and number from a realty company we used when we were moving from another state. Eric was so great and friendly and answered all of my questions. I was getting quotes from several companies and was very happy with the quote I received from Eric. We were happy to go with Ace Relocation Systems and would use them again in a heartbeat. Everyone that we dealt with was very nice and professional. We were given a date range for pick up and delivery. The driver had a crew he used/trusted for pick up and asked if we could change the pick up date by one day so he could use that crew. I was so happy that we were able to do that! The crew was amazing and worked so quickly/efficiently. We were loaded up in about three hours! We moved from Nebraska to Texas and were able to get a quick turn around for drop off. Our driver Josh was amazing! He is truly a credit to his profession.
