“This place is a great get away and relaxing vivacious environment. The owner and winery staff knows how to show their guest a good time. Everyone was extremely friendly and very welcoming. If you’re into karaoke and like to jam out, highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun time. “Attended birthday party at 10pm on Saturday. Parking was limited: on street or old post office parking lot. The place has long bar, small dance floor and DJ area. Lots of seating. Age range was 30 & up. Music was mix of R&B, old school rap & zydeco. The outside is 👏 AMAZING ..games, lights, trees like an island experience. 2 bars outside and fans. Great to place host outdoor event! The owner or manager was attentive. The 4 star was because the outside had horrible odor which manager explained efforts to eliminate smell. More cooling fans needed outside. Couldn't tell you about the cost or strength of drinks: I didn't drink🤫 Nice spot 👍”

“I called the Gent Spot on Friday night with a special request. I’m currently battling cancer and called to ask if they would be willing to shave my head. I spoke with Miles and asked for a design but told him I trusted his expertise. When my friends and I arrived we were greeted with smiles and cheer. We ordered drinks at the bar and hung out in the lounge area. The owners and Miles truly delivered a wonderful experience for what should have been a completely heartbreaking experience. Everyone here rolled out the red carpet for our experience. I left feeling empowered and completely pampered like a queen. If you are in the Houston area you definitely need to come to the Gent Spot. “Good club overall. Parking is well lit if you choose to park, valet is also not a bad option if you get there after 12. The DJ is inconsistent on some weekends his music repertoire is good, on others it’s terrible (overdoing a certain genre over and over again). Lately he will keep the volume down all the way till ten which honestly kills the vibe if you get there early. Bartenders for the most part are good, prices are a bit high but they are within what’s expected at these clubs. The dance floor is big and clean so that’s a plus. Later on in the night you’ll have a lot of attention seekers that will highjack the dance floor but you really can’t complain. If you know how to behave and can handle your liquor you shouldn’t have any problems with security.”
