“I fell on hard times and found myself starting over from scratch. I moved in during the lockdown and Preston Trace was a blessing to me. Where my apartment was located, it was quiet and peaceful; and my neighbors were phenomenal--always checking on me. Mgmt did change a couple of times when I was there, but they were always pleasant and helped with whatever I needed (even though sometimes workers from the outside could be slow to show up to get the work done). Our onsite maintenance, Anna, was always pleasant, quick to respond and ready to help whenever I called. They didn't act like I was getting on their nerves. lol. Others may have had different experiences, but this was mine, and my only complaint would be pet waste (like all apartments). If you're trying to get back on your feet, this is the spot!”

“I can't say enough good things about James Beck at Centum Oak Realty. I'm a new doc and first-time home buyer, moving to Bastrop from 2500 miles during COVID. It was noisy in certain areas but overall not too bad. Now it is under new management and the looks alone is amazing. I loved the newly renovated apartment and the environment the new team has brought in.
