(October 21, 2018, 2:35 pm)Kevin Love knows Northern Virginia. He was the perfect guide for me and my wife as we went on the hunt for our first single family home. As our realtor, he lent an invaluable perspective on the condition and improvement potential of the many homes we toured together. When we chose “the” house, we found ourselves in a competitive bid. Kevin was available around the clock and contributed a few essential bid tactics that were difference makers in winning the bid - significantly below our price limit. He stayed actively involved through closure, as one would expect. But even beyond that, he has stayed in touch and been quick to help us identify trustworthy contractors for our new home when needed. He also proved highly effective in helping us list our townhouse and find tenants - at our full asking price!

We were truly impressed with the level if dedication and support he gave to the seller. (the original owner of a 1957 home. 89 years old, living on her own, with no children or family to help her.) Kevin took such great care, and with such patience, helped her with every step. This level of service is rare, which I believe is what sets Kevin apart from the rest. Although I plan to live in my new home for a very long time, I would confidently recommend him to any of my family or friends.
