  Kristen works magic to keep athletes in the game if they are pre-injury, and gets them back in the game if they get injured. I am a climber and do HIIT training as well. I would have definitely gotten injured if I had not gone to see her to work on tight/pre-injury muscles recently. I had a 90% reduction in pain after just two sessions with her. For anyone looking to train at a high intensity level with any consistency, seeing her at least once a month is well worth your money and time. Injury leads to time away from training and thus regression. She will help you stay on track.
  
  Though this is not my experience I know she also works with folks who have pre-existing injuries and coming out of a sedentary lifestyle as well. Her expertise is invaluable for people at any stage of their physical exercise journey.

  The Good:
  Kristen, the massage therapist is as good as the reviews make her out to be. No awkward conversation and she really dug into and loosened up my tight shoulder muscles that cause pain. She also gave me a few pointers on keeping them loose.
  
  The Bad:
  I'm really picky but my experience with Kristen was pleasant from start to finish. The background music was nice, it was an easy to find location, pricing was consistent with the area, no awkward convo, etc.
  
  Overall:
  I'm so happy I found Kristen and will be going back to have her work on my lower back, another problem area. I see wanting to do this on a bi-monthly basis if the budget will allow.

  Kristen in my Christmas miracle this year. She is a top notch massage therapist. Her hands are like scandals and know just how to alleviate all’s ches and pains. Every time I go she is able to solve my challenges. What I love most is she always shows me stretches or exercises to teach my body how to move correctly so I do not get the same injury. Thank you Kristen!

  Went in for a deep tissue massage, and got a great one by Kristen. Having problems with my hip and overall muscle tightness. The place offers multiple packages and I was pleasantly surprised to see they offer jujitsu and self defense classes. This place is in the same location as Sportrock climbing gym, an awesome facility. Having them near each other really complements one another. Plan on returning to Lifestyle Fitness to continue therapy and massage.

  I had tweaked my back at work assisting a patient. Was feeling fairly hobbled. I was fortunate to find lifestyle plus. She squeezed me in right at closing. Got to the root of the problem. Helping unknot my back and hip where it was causing me considerable discomfort and altering my gait.
  She then gave me some exercises to perform to help prevent and further strengthen this problem area for me. Thanks again for getting me back on track.
