Will could not have been more professional, courteous and impressive in his knowledge of his profession and pride in his work. He kept me informed as to what he was doing and what the meaning was as to the safety and condition of my chimney, furnace and exterior of the associated parts of the system.
It there were more spots for red stars...I would give Will 8.

(November 13, 2018, 6:21 am)We are renovating our house and I called up Rooftop Chimney Sweeps, on a recommendation from plumber who has done some work in our house. Sparing you all with the details of my chimney predicament! the owner Andy spent over 30 minutes with me on the phone offering up info and recommendations, and ultimately helped me sort our a good course of action to tackle my chimney dilemma. And by the way, he did this all for free over the phone. In my book, you know when someone offers a great service when they give you something without being paid for it, and when I walk away more knowledgable. These guys are friendly and reasonable... they're on my short-list of services I will call.
(October 17, 2018, 1:10 pm)I'm so happy I contacted Rooftop Chimney Sweeps. Will was an amazing technician. They took great care not to get my home dirty. They started to clean my chimney, but told me that it wasn't dirty enough, sot hey wouldn't charge me for the vacuuming they did, only the inspection. They were quite thorough and told me I just need to keep up with yearly inspections. The last company I had come out 2 years ago tried to talk me into an expensive relining that I didn't need. I'm very pleased with this service!
(August 26, 2018, 8:09 pm)We had a great experience with this company. As we were trying to sell our house another company did a chimney inspection and gave us a really high estimate for the repairs. Rooftop gave us a much better estimate and accommodated our needs for selling on time. Perry in particular is outstanding. He got the county to come out quickly to get a a permit for the repairs.
(August 7, 2018, 11:20 am)Amazing Service! I needed a chimney inspection (and then subsequent repairs) done very quickly for the sale of my home. The scheduler worked with me to “fit me in” when another job ended early. Repairs needed were clearly explained (with pictures!) and job was done quickly and professionally. They even fixed some flashing (unrelated to the chimney) while they were on the roof! Price was reasonable as well! Highly recommended!
