  I've been here for numerous many years in you can not get better than these 2 if you can clone them for your chain that would be phenomenal they just do everything so professionally in you can not improve on perfection so I just wanted to make sure they get the credit that is due them and not if you have any questions please contact me had Steve nominator @yahoo. com thank you very much!

  Best storage unit ever! Management and team is extremely helpful. The facilities are also kept very clean. I have been with them for almost 3 years and am very happy with my storage needs. Highly recommend.

  This has to be one of the best storage experiences I've ever had. Tammy and staff has been so helpful from day one. They know you by name, they greet you with a smile. And most importantly they work hard to keep the facility clean and very welcoming. I actually love going to my storage. Lol! It doesn't get any better than Extra Space Storage on Dove Street in Alexandria! Thanks for everything you all do. There are not enough words to express my appreciation.

  Kept my stuff there for two years. Great storage units..no fuss, everything is strait forward. Front desk is very easy to work with. Units are clean, never saw a bug, lighting is good, etc.

  When I first came to Extra Space Storage, I met with Tammi. She was friendly, helpful and professional. She was kind enough to show me a few different units because I wasn't sure what size I needed. She was extremely patient and displayed great customer service.
  
  I have recently ended my current need for storage, but when the need arises again (and I'm sure it will), I would go to Tammy and Nikki again without question. They are both friendly, professional, helpful and best of all, understanding of the problems that can be involved in moving and storing items. I have used many other storage type companies and they are certainly the best I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them without hesitation. Dawn S. Marvin
