“I had a wonderful experience at Virginia Vacuums with a vacuum repair. Before I found the place, I took my vacuum to another shop, Vacuums Unlimited in Arlington. The problem with the vacuum was that the beater bar was not spinning. After Vacuums Unlimited tested my vacuum, they told me that the vacuum needed the motor replaced and that it would cost almost as much as buying a new one so it was not worth fixing it. Then they attempted to sell me a vacuum from their store. I decided to get a second opinion. Thankfully, I found Virginia Vacuums. Sing, the gentleman who assisted me, fixed the vacuum overnight. He told me that the belt was off and that some hair was stuck in it. He cleaned the vacuum and only charged me a cleaning fee. Great price, very fast and friendly service! I definitely recommend this shop.”
