The classes are the real deal with teachers with years of experience who know how to teach so that you learn to do yoga the right way, focusing on breathing, balance, flexibility, strength, and inner peace. There are so many great teachers with different styles and different class levels that you will want to try them all. In addition to a fantastic yoga studio, Sun & Moon is a community-oriented, warm, and inviting place. Among many others, check out Amir, Annie, Lisa, Carol, Vicki, Aysa, and Enid. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

(April 21, 2022, 8:04 pm)I have been coming to Sun & Moon Yoga regularly for about five years, at first in person at the Fairfax studio and for the last 2 years virtually via Zoom due to Covid 19. I highly recommend Sun & Moon to anyone, without reservation. A yoga studio is only as good as its teachers, and this studio has some great ones. I’ve recently taken classes with Vickie, Anna, Dena, Carol, Annie, Nathalie, Cindy & Andrea. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly, and take pains to make Hatha Yoga accessible to students of all experience levels. Yet each has a slightly different approach and I‘ve learned a lot from each of them. The studio also regularly hosts workshops with nationally-recognized teachers. I am so grateful to have found Sun &Moon Yoga.

(April 3, 2022, 6:13 pm)Sun & Moon Yoga Studio has been a source of great joy throughout the pandemic. When they started Zoom classes two years ago, I wasn't ready for the advanced yoga class taught by my regular instructor Andrea Kiss. I took two sessions with Vicki Christian and mastered the poses. Now I'm loving my classes with Andrea. Sun & Moon offers something for everyone.

I participate in a variety of classes, workshops and discussions at Sun and Moon on a frequent basis and look forward to all of them. My regular teachers, Annie, Asya and Nathalie, all provide different and invaluable perspectives. The peaceful studio spaces and supportive community provide immediate respite from worldly concerns and energize me to re-enter the world with renewed spirit and appreciation. Highly recommend!
