“Avalon Clarendon is an excellent place to live if you want to be right where the action is in downtown Clarendon. The location is amazing. Whole Foods & Trader Joe's within walking distance. Tons of restaurants and bars. Shops like Lululemon, Apple, and Crate & Barrel are literally steps away. Despite all the action, the community is actually relatively quiet. The apartment units have very nice finishes as you can see in the pictures. The staff is friendly and always looking for ways to improve the resident experience. 24 hour concierge is a super convenient amenity so you can pick up your packages late at night without having to rush home from work. All maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours, which is great! The parking garage is owned and managed by the retail company, but it's very nice to have covered parking connected to the building at a slightly discounted rate. Overall I highly recommend Avalon Clarendon if you want to be at the best spot in Arlington!”
