The person working the desk was so cheerful and kind! This was no small feat, I am sure, since I visited near closing time on a Friday.
I brought in a package to ship with duct tape on it, which she informed me was not allowed. I would have just left and come back another day, but she said someone else had left a roll of tape behind and I could use that. This is obviously not something that is always available, but I feel thankful that someone left tape behind and that she thought to offer it to me!

Caring staff was able to fit my dog in even tho she was a new "patient." Vet was very knowledgeable and didn't run a bunch of expensive tests, which is what I was expecting him to do to figure out what was going on with my senior dog.

Dr diagnosis was spot on, pancreatitis, and the medicines worked well so that my pup was feeling better in no time! A bit pricey for exam and 3 medications, but of course you get what you pay for in quality of care and I definitely felt the quality of care was excellent! Recommend!

I love Banfield and all of the staff at this location!! My pup is always treated so well, the staff are always informative, professional and caring! Highly recommended if you're in need of quality vet services!!

Clean, pet and human friendly. Does what's needed with no pressure for extra procedures. Very good with cats!!

I would recommend Dr. Drager as a vet to my friends. He is straightforward and honest, which is refreshing. He gave me plenty of advice when I brought my first puppy in for her check up. I really like Cole and Cindy as well, they are very welcoming and helpful. As far as pricing goes, it's pretty much on par with the surrounding vets in the area, if not a little on the lower side.

I may be a little biased because my sister works here! But the doctors are so knowledgeable, comforting and friendly. They are good at explaining whatever matter your pet may be involved.

Good little US Post Officr location. Conveniently located on JBM-HH (for servicemen and dependents only) Has everything youd need for basic services, but could be better kept i.e. tidiness. If you're looking to send a letter, package, or pickup some stamps, this is the place to go.
