I won't lie, I was skeptical about the store given in was in such an upscale area. However, I threw my skepticism out the door the minute David greeted us. He was kind, concerned and wanted to meet our needs. He asked all the right questions, and even without knowing our budget, he didn't go directly to the top dollar options. He presented us with the best bang for the buck and was so knowledgeable about this products! He understood the dynamics of the body and how to best select a mattress. When his suggested mattress broke the budget a smidge, he had other options that were still quality mattresses and explained the differences. In the end, my girlfriend was able to purchase a great quality bed for a very affordable price! The delivery took place a few days later, and the gentleman that delivered were delightful. My friend's back pain has since subsided and she couldn't be happier with both her new bed and the all around experience. We really went into it stressed and left confident we hadn't been "sold".”
