“Ms.Loma is the heart and spirit of this building. She's insanely sweet, honest and straight forward. She deserves a medal of honor for single handedly keeping this building up to snuff. I lived here for 8 years. It's not the Taj Mahal and can definitely use some upgrades within the units, but I'm a pretty low key/minimalistic kinda person. My fiancé and I loved the location. Can't beat it. The price is fairly competitive but could be a tad bit lower. Anyway, 5 min walk to the Rosslyn metro, 15 min walk to Georgetown, and access to literally every major highway - 66, GW Parkway, 110/1, 50, Lee Hwy, 395, etc. Grocery stores are walkable - Mom, Target, and Safeway and Tons of restaurants. Will miss this place. If you require some boujie taste, and front desk service then this place may not be for you. It's a great place to save some cash while major access to everything. I painted an accent wall, had nice furniture, and made it home. It's a perfect place for GW/Georgetown students too. There's a Georgetown bus at the corner of the building, an ART bus, and one station away from GW. You also get free parking. Will miss this place and Mrs.Loma”

“The prices are ridiculous bit it is an airport so you cannot count that. All airports gouge the customer That being said, the customer service was great. The wait staff was on point and the food was good. I was relaxed and took my time. Was not too busy here as I have seen it in the past and the staff was very accomodating because of it.”
