If you have a problem -- submit a trouble ticket and he's on it! Recently his monitoring systems noticed that my hard drive was operable but about to fail. He immediately notified me to back up the hard drive and he provided support for some minor backup issues. About two days later -- after I had successfully backed up -- the hard drive failed. Only because of his timely notification, I was able to save all of my files and settings. He then helped me select a new laptop, restored my files and settings, and encrypted the new system without a loss of any data. Wow, he prevented a major catastrophe and a huge loss of business data!”
