“On Friday Feb 8th, there was a big wind storm that day. My wife and I came home to the shingles on the roof being torn off. So I immediately called Major League Builders but the office was closed. It had the number for Mr. Ferguson in the message. I called his number. He answered and said he would be out to our home at 9 am on Saturday. He was here by 8:50 am. Very prompt. I was impressed by that. Then he said he already looked at the damage and has his guys at A place to pick up the shingles. The workers were here by 11:15 and gone by 12:30. I have to say that I was very satisfied, impressed and happy with how the company responded. Thank you Major League Builders!”

He has wonderful documents for the layperson so that nothing was lost in translation, and he continued to find ways to better our coverage, which continued to lower our overall costs.
