Ben, Alec, and Dane, are all CrossFit Games Athletes, and it's so fun to see them around and be able to work out with them. Adam Klink, current leader of the under 5 minute mile and 500 pound squat in one day, is my coach almost every class. (6am) It is amazing to train with such gifted, strong, talented athletes. I've known Jack Harris for over 30 years and knew that we could depend on him to give us an honest and reliable assessment. Also, the turnaround time was going to be pretty short. Jack and his folks came through in a stellar way. The ramp was expertly installed today by Eli Seaman and Bryan Beshears, one week after meeting with Jack Harris. Let me repeat that...one week. My wife and I can now move on to the many other things we need to do before moving Dad into the house. But having the beautiful, rock solid ramp installed takes a lot of the pressure off.
