(February 4, 2020, 3:02 pm)I am NFCU customer and former military vet. This level of customer service at this branch is outstanding. Whether you have a question or need to make a deposit. This type of customer service just doesn't exist anymore. I recently had a question which Ms. Sarah Benson took time to answer. She not only answered my question but she made me feel like she really cared.

Friendly staff always eager to help, I like all navy federal branches but I will go out of my way to come to this one, to all staff and manager thank you.
