(June 10, 2020, 10:03 am)Nothing is 100% but it feels unnecessary to give anything other than 5 stars. Especially here at this Enterprise. If you want to wait a while at this particular location on Cedar Rd in Chesapeake. You may want to not be scouted by the diligent employee. They will rush to you like it was commission. If only every business or worker took this kind of initiative.
(June 6, 2020, 11:23 am)Met with Julie, she called me a few days ago to ask if I could be in early because they close at the time I had reserved. When I arrived she was very kind and very thorough, noticing and documenting a small dent along the side of my rental that I had missed. She made the experience very easy and stress free.

(September 2, 2019, 1:05 pm)The Cedar Road Office is an impressive group of people who are #1: Customer Service Oriented! I have been using this office for over 7 years and not once have they failed to exceed standards and at times, gone out of their way to assist me when I have had any last minute needs, or even a cracked windshield! I cannot say enough about all of them and how well they treat me. R/
(August 17, 2019, 5:28 pm)Joe the branch manager takes customer service above and beyond. I recently purchased a vehicle from a website (a new way to buy a car) and due to their lack of efficiency in providing all the necessary paperwork I was in need of a rental.
Joe not only had a vehicle ready for me but has been extremely helpful and made the experience much less painful. Being military and deployed right now, my wife will have to return the vehicle. I have no doubt that Joe will ensure there are no issues. I would definitely recommend this branch.
