(July 8, 2017, 12:04 pm)As a student at ODU many workout classes are available to me, but Jazzercise is a new favorite and worth the drive! The classes are high energy and offer a new way to work all your muscle groups. The instructors are very friendly and high energy which keeps you motivated and challenged throughout the class. Highly recommended for all age groups.
