“This place is amazing. Due to the fire I'm having to go to the one by Dollar Tree and am reminded why I really like the laundry place. Their machines are clean as well as the building the staff is so friendly. When I have to go to the other place it's dirty never has change and the dryers start on hot heat then switch to remove wrinkles I literally dried clothes today for over an hour and brought them home pretty wet. I never have that problem at The Laundry Place. PLEASE PLEASE OPEN BACK UP SOON.”

“Two people run this store and they do a phenomenal job. I don't quite understand the negative reviews about customer service when all I've seen is great customer service from someone who's first language is clearly NOT English. If you're going to complain about how standoffish these people are to their clientele please go and work at the counter of a store in China and only speak Chinese. Then you can say that type of thing. Oh and remember to work with only one other person and handle a whole family while you're at it.”
