I don't quite understand the negative reviews about customer service when all I've seen is great customer service from someone who's first language is clearly NOT English. If you're going to complain about how standoffish these people are to their clientele please go and work at the counter of a store in China and only speak Chinese. Then you can say that type of thing. Oh and remember to work with only one other person and handle a whole family while you're at it.”

“My son has grown so much since he first enrolled in your school, and the positive impact Goddard has had on him is obvious. The teachers love their kids. The directors manage to greet every family in spite of phone ringing off the hook and parents frantically scrambling around. Whenever I've had a question or concern, it has been addressed immediately and professionally. While I've always been impressed by the school, I've been especially grateful for their efforts these past few months. Nearly every other industry shut down to some degree, but they have kept the doors open in spite of many, many obstacles I'm sure they've faced. From afar, it seems like every decision has been made with the best interests of the kids in mind. My son still loves going to school, even on an adjusted schedule, and with social distancing measures in place.”
