“During a downpour the low tire pressure light came on. Not wanting to chance driving on low tire I stopped at this Mobil station and asked the young man would he check my tires. In the rain he checked and put air in all 4 tires. When he was done I asked how much I owed and he replied nothing. The young mans name was Jake Case and as we pulled out I called the station and told the manager that this employee was someone they can be very proud of. I see by the ratings that this station is given 5 stars and I can see why.”

“Let me tell you about customer service. The ladies in Finance exemplify exactly what those words mean. I needed to set up a payment plan, and just could not seem to ever make it there before they closed every day. Well today I called while I was on my way, and said that I would get there a few minutes. They told me to come on, and they would wait. However, I got stopped by the drawbridge and don't get there until 4:15. Those ladies waited for me, until I arrived. They went above and beyond, even when it was a huge inconvenience for them. Once we got into the garage, the service was super fast and everything went smooth. I suggest you don't go during rush hour if you're in a hurry to get someone.
