Most realtors just see $$$ signs but Kim cared about my wants and needs as a client and her customer service and follow-up were second to none. Kim will always get my business!

Her work orders are detailed, clear and precise. She is responsive and is always available which makes our job easier as a vendor. I have seen her in action with tenants and her passion shines through as you can see that she really cares about both the tenants and the vendors. Hands down, she is awesome!
