(January 31, 2022, 5:00 pm)This apartment complex has been the best place I have lived in. They are on top of the maintenance issues if I have any at all. Crystal is amazing. She is the best manager this complex has had. Derrick, Elroy, and Chris get in and out of your apartment if there are any issues and leave no mess behind. I have been in other places where they leave foot prints and trash all over. Overall I highly recommend this place to live.

She has been trying to help me in getting my money back so I can continue with my apartment search…. Thank You crystal for going above & beyond! That review wasn’t for crystal ! She has been helpful in my situation!

(November 16, 2021, 4:02 pm)OMG!!! My daughter lives at Oak Lake Apartments and I am here constantly checking on her and my grand baby. I went over to the office to introduce myself to the manager and let me just tell you she is very bubbly, welcoming, and sweet. I rest in peace at night knowing that whatever my daughter needs, Crystal I believe her name is, will assist her. My daughter had issues with her neighbors, and sure enough Crystal assured me it would be taken care of, and the next day the resident came and apologized to my daughter. I highly recommend Oak Lake Apartments and will definitely have my daughter sign a new lease for 2022.
