(January 11, 2021, 8:48 am)I had an excellent experience at the CGX. I could tell that people were smiling, even under their masks. There was a super friendly greeting from the young lady at ID check.
The young gentleman was very professional and personable at the ticket center, and this was after they had been working with me over the phone for the past week to find the best deal for Universal Studios! And it really is an awesome deal.
The young lady at the back far left check out was super cheerful. It's refreshing to get such incredible customer service, and I wish I lived closer so I could go more often!
