Childtime of Chesapeake

Since the very first moment my husband and I walked into Childtime of Chesapeake we knew this was the daycare for our daughter. We were looking last year before our daughter was born and I'm glad we did because they had a waitlist. Fast forward, our daughter just started daycare last month, she is 3 months old now and I can't say enough great things about the staff, facility and how clean the infants room is. Amy and Jordyn are amazing daycare directors! They are organized, welcoming and treat everyone as if they have known them for a long time. The infant room teachers are AMAZING as well. They are always communicating with my husband and I with day to day things regarding our daughter. But they also communicate with us an app called Brightwheel, which I love. The teachers will post in the app when our daughter eats, naps, activities, diaper changes, if there are issues, questions, etc. The facility is very clean, every single person that walks into the infants room must wear shoe covers which is nice because it helps keep the floor clean especially since babies are crawling around and we love that they have cameras with live video feed. I could go on and on about how happy my husband and I but to sum things up yes I would highly recommend Childtime of Chesapeake, they have a waitlist for good reason... people want their kids at Childtime of Chesapeake.

I have 2 children that have been enrolled since Nov 2018. My youngest son was in the infant room until recently and we loved all of the staff. My son had a wonderful relationship with his primary provider Ms. Kelly. She was so great with him. He has moved up to the toddler room and is adjusting nicely with the help of the staff. My older son is in the 2 year room and tells us all the time how "He had a good day". They do a lot of activities with the kids and he is learning so much. The director and assistant director are very approachable and have always helped address anything we have brought to them. On top of the great staff they have cameras in the rooms where you can check in (or stalk as my husband and I say) on your kids throughout the day. They also have a app that tracks the kids day and allows you to communicate with the staff in your child's room directly. We would highly recommend this location.

We have been with the childtime family since 2017. I have 2 children there. One since he was 2 years old and one since 12 weeks old. My experience with the infant room has been absolutely wonderful. They took great care of my daughter and loved her greatly. She is now in the toddler room and so far I have not one complaint.
My other child is in pre k and Mrs. Tiffany has been great working with him on some behavior problems and learning to express his feelings.
Mrs Amy abs Mrs. Jordan are the directors that took over in the summer of 2018 and have made wonderful changes. They have created events through out the year that are fun for the children and include the parents. My children are growing and thriving everyday at childtime.

I’ve had my children at this facility for over a year now and we love it! The teachers and directors are amazing. The whole daycare really encourages parental involvement as much as possible. I feel comfortable talking with my children’s teachers. They listen and react in a professional and supportive manner to ensure the success of my kids.

My granddaughter has such an amazing time at Childtime. She has attended the one in Chesapeake for a little over a year now. The amazing teachers are such a huge part of her success. They make her feel at home and know that she has a strong spirit. She comes home talking about all of the spicy words, rhyming words, etc that the she is learning. Her teachers have kept her safe, given her love and taught her so much. The administrators, the teaching teams, and the support staff make an AMAZING place to take my granddaughter who has already been through so much. I am so happy that she feels so loved and important as she walks through those doors every morning. Thanks Childtime for being GREAT!
