Coach Lei provides a tailored workout just for you specific needs and goals. She is professional, motivating and down to earth which makes working out with her easy and enjoyable. She does group, partner or private sessions and even lets my children sit and watch. I highly recommend her as a personal fitness trainer and the gym she works out of is a comfy warm atmosphere. Coach Lei is a great coach! She is our youngest daughters (age 3) BJJ coach and is patient and knowledgable. She is our eldest daughter's personal kickboxing coach. Lei is encouraging, supportive and energetic. Lei is also my personal trainer. Her workouts for me are challenging, energetic and sometimes a little intense (which is what I need), I have a shoulder issue and Lei is always aware of that and modifies any exercises for me. Her prices are beyond reasonable, she makes herself available to her clients and is always willing to work around anything that comes up.
Coach Lei works wonders on and off the mat. She has pushed me beyond my limits in training of jujitsu/ cardio workouts and has introduced discipline to my kids with her Martial Arts background. My family and I will continue training under coach lei to further our success in Martial Arts and not to mention the great friendly facility of Da Firms Fit gym...
I started going to DTC after an abusive relationship. After starting here, my confidence has sky rocketed. Even my coworkers have noticed a difference in my personality. Not only am I getting into the best shape of my life, I am building much needed confidence in myself. Coach Lei has been amazing, she is understanding, supportive, and really pushes you to do your best.
