(February 16, 2019, 10:38 am)Attend classes 3 times a week! Love the place! No one makes fun of older citizens who value their health and fitness! Most of the members work hard and honestly to stay fit! Others do as much as they can...and that's why I respect this place! Everyone is equal!
(October 6, 2017, 7:41 am)I love this gym. The trainers are very knowledgeable about medical problems that you are dealing with. I came in after a shoulder surgery and they were very helpful. They steer you in the right direction. Love the classes and the girls who teach them.
