i came in today to rent a unit for the company i work for Christine explained that i would need my CEO to fill out a paper to give me permission to rent the unit for the company. She was very professional and explained that my boss could complete it online. i am very thankful to her for telling me about being able to complete my rental online it made everything so easy, she also told me that if my boss had any question that he could call and she would walk him through the process.

I spoke with christine on the phone today. She was a pleasure to speak to she was nice and professional. She needs a raise for her customer service. She treated me like she cares and that I am a person not just rent money. I will recommend public storage to my friends and family just because of the way she treated me today. Thank you christine

Rodney was great, he accommodated my last minute changes and he helped me figure out my storage issues. The units were clean and ready for use. The surrounding area is nice and I felt safe being there late in the evening. No rodent droppings, no trash, no regrets!

Robin is professional., knowledgeable. Patient and pleasant young man.
