Dr. Kemp and his staff are great. I have always felt that I received the best care. I would recommend Dr. Kemp very highly.
Dr. Kemp is by far one of the best OB/GYN Doc in Hampton Roads. I’ve been his patient for 25 years. He delivered 2 of my children, and has helped me manage everything having to do with my reproductive health. I’ve never felt rushed, unheard, or dismissed. He’s firm when he needs to be, but compassionate and very knowledgeable. Old school Doctor in the very best way!
I just got home today from my second yearly exam with Kathleen, and let me tell you...she's the best! I've always had a streak of "white-coat syndrome" whenever I step into an office, but from the moment Kathleen walks in until I check out, she makes me feel right at home and well-informed. She has helped walk me through various types of contraceptives, answered any and all questions, and is incredibly supportive of what I want for myself, which most doctors can be dismissive about for a younger woman. She makes all of the well-woman exams (we all know how having things rummaging around up there isn't the most exciting thing) incredibly easy and talks to you the whole time.
She always makes sure I am well-supplied and informed about my pill and other options, and I am so glad I have a doctor that is so kind-hearted and helpful.
