(October 28, 2020, 9:59 pm)They get to the problems others have missed. The dealership gave me a list, when the engine light came on i took it to T.Q.'s. They checked out the vehicle and the problem they found hadn't even be listed and the pricing seems fair. They answered my questions and have always seemed up front. They even update me on things to watch for with the upcoming seasonal changes. I don't feel like I'm getting the runaround, just the facts. Couldn't ask for too much more.

My go to tire and service shop... busy shop (because we all want to get service there) but they get the jobs done right as quick as possible with great customer service and info and updates from Brian, Steven, and Richard himself.
