“We had an amazing experience with the Floor Store of Hampton Roads. My husband and I recently purchased our 1st home and had many different types of flooring inside from the 80's that needed to be removed and replaced with LVP and carpet. Gregg went above and beyond to help us - he matched pricing and even came out to my place of work to show me samples and get things finalized. He was quick to communicate and when our scheduled installers were taking too long (we originally were just going to use him for some of the flooring), he came through and took over to get things done quickly. They did so much more to help level out our floors than any other company would have and didn't even charge us for the extra work. Their installer even brought a piece of t-molding from his own home to match a patch that we needed and didn't have. I know I was a huge pain in the butt during the process, but he was so helpful and knowledgeable. I would 100% suggest them for your flooring needs, you'll be glad you used them!”

“this is a long one so buckle in. im a young driver, and freshly turned 19 when i got my license and decided to search for my first car on my own. i went to a neighboring dealership and was quickly turned down due to having young credit, the employees were nice but in a very fake way and it was certainly upsetting. a kind woman i met as i left told me to try honda priority as they work with young credit and even fair/bad credit. i showed up in the next couple of days after receiving a quick response from a saleswoman named Alexus. she was super friendly and sweet and helped me through the process along with Tom who was also very helpful and understanding. we went through all my wants in a car and she took me through the used lot, i found a 2017 hyundai accent that i immediately fell in love with that unfortunately had not gone through servicing yet, luckily i was able to purchase it anyways and i simply had to wait a couple days for it to be all serviced for pickup- and all the while she called and kept me in the loop along the way. she walked me through the paperwork, payment and ran the credit report. and instead of feeling upset and embarrassed like i did at the first place i felt understood and they were able to work with my finances. i bought the car in early august and im writing this review in november, im so happy with it and i havent had a single issue!! it has since now been decorated and named, this car is my baby and i have so much pride in it ”

“AMAZING 🤩. I walked in and they were so professional and attentive. They gave me the feeling that they care more about customer safety then money. The tech Stephen G was amazing. He was very detailed and explained why I was in need of new tires. Whole process took less than an hour and I wasn’t the first person there. All in all this shop actually made me feel as if I was not getting taken advantage of. I will only come here for tires and services to my Mercedes Benz truck. Front desk clerk was awesome too. “i came to the property a couple days ago looking at the sizes of the storage units, i spoke to Christine and she was great she showed me the space i asked to see and when we got back to the office she told me i should make a reservation and we started it but it would not let me set one for the being of may when i need the storage unit. i am so impressed with the way i was treated by her that i will call her every other week to see if it will let me set it up for when i need it. if you want to be treated with respect and kindness i would recommend coming to see Christine you will not be sorry she is great”

“Yesterday, February 4, 2021, It was suggested by my friends owners of The Red Shoe Consignment shop in Chesapeake, Virginia (Kempsville) to go to The Yard Sale Store in Great Bridge located in the little gray shopping strip mall on the left just over the tiny bridge, before the main bridge going into Great Bridge. Great experience! I was able to meet with the owners of the shop; and I feel compelled to say, I HAVE NEVER MET ANY MORE HUMBLE THAN THESE INDIVIDUALS OPERATING THIS TINY LITTLE HOME TOWN SHOP! So...
