Mimi took her time and was very much a perfectionist with my nails. Not only that...she actually used real massage techniques for both my manicure and pedicure and didn't rush like many others. I felt valued even though we didn't speak much. (I am ok with that when I am trying to relax!) The environment was very spa relaxing and professional.
