Jayhawk's employees are efficient, friendly, and responsive. The salesman gave me a clear job description at a competitive price. He always kept me informed of job details and scheduling. The work crew showed up exactly on time. The new roof looks great. All debris including nails, shingles, wrappers, etc. was cleaned up when the job was done. These guys were phenomenal. From first contact, to paying the check has been an awesome experience. This was my first time having to replace a roof as a new home owner and Mike made it really stress free for me. The roof is perfect. The job was done clean and and fast. Highly recommend this company! Chili and the crew that came out are extremely professional and communication is top notch! Chili came by left us a whole packet full of information about how they do the work and the materials that they use. Chili then came back out answered all of our questions and spent quality time helping us pick out the roof color and color for our gutters. Came early in the morning and were very efficient. Their prep work by laying down tarps and clean up was great! Extremely high quality work! My husband and I can't say enough about this company! When anyone asks me about who to go with for their homes repairs/needs Jayhawk Exteriors is the only one I'm recommending for the job! RCJH!

While looking for roofers for over two months, at best, I would say their responsiveness was spotty at best and their customer service was poor. Jayhawk Exteriors was recommended by our next door neighbors and they were quick to respond, responsive to our questions, suggested ways to save money, and gave extra pieces of information before we decided to go with them. Their crew was professional and efficient in their work and it looks wonderful. They replaced our builder grade skylights and now we realize that we have beautiful trees in the back because of the upgraded skylights. I have a whole new house.
