  Came with my sister to replace her battery, they helped us so much. Also we’re really nice and helped start the car back up when we realized we had an electrical problem. Even got some food recommendations! Thank y’all so much!!! Highly recommend

  I got a flat tire on the highway, as I was waiting for a tow, I called Tread Quarters located in Hickory section of Chesapeake and spoke with Rodney who assured me he would start looking for my tire to replace. Rodney gave me the time frame and the options he would try first. When I arrived at the store, Rodney took over and was able to fix my tire which was a new tire that I had purchased several weeks before. Rodney is an excellent serviceman with great customer service. He definitely gave this customer peace of mind, even from the side of the highway. Thanks again Rodney!!
