(April 7, 2020, 12:04 am)I have been a member of Crossfit Chesapeake for 2 plus years. My experience has been life changing. The coaches are knowledgeable about their job, and are always there to help and give that extra push we sometimes need. The staff and the members are my second family. Getting fit is fun at CFC!

The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and will go the extra mile when it comes to helping you meet your goals. It's safe to say I've gained a second family since joining 8 months ago!
(April 1, 2020, 11:31 am)I have always felt that Crossfit Chesapeake was an amazing gym. They have the best coaches and members. Everyone is motivating and encouraging while not being too pushy. I have never felt inadequate or uncomfortable when I’m working out among others that are far better than me. But since this whole craziness started I have come to a new realization that Crossfit Chesapeake is more than a gym. The owners and coaches are like caring family members that want the best for us. When I heard that gyms were probably going to close I thought to myself “No biggie. I’ll take a week or two off until I can get back in the gym.” Well, when I realized that it was going to be way longer than a week or two I panicked a little. Thinking “I’m going to be out of shape and fat.” But no worries, CFC to my rescue. They have gone above and beyond any expectations I could have ever had. They loaned out equipment, they have created at home workouts with and without equipment, they have scheduled CrossFit classes on Zoom that we can tune into a few times a day, and my favorite by far a Bingo game for us to complete while we’re quarantined filled with fitness related activities, and there will even be prizes at the end. I have done more working out this past couple weeks than I have done in two years because they are making it convenient and so much fun.
