In this day and age of call centers to manage customers, when you call them you speak to an actual person in the office which is great. When i wanted to speak to a tech about my install they transferred me immediately. He also was able to give me a quote over the phone which was exactly what i paid when they came to install it and even offered a military discount !
They were on time and provides both text and email when they were arriving along with the techs photo. Great service. Thank!
(March 9, 2020, 6:08 pm)They give you a window of when they are coming which was a 5 hour window, but understand you don’t have all day to wait around, so they call you 30 minutes ahead of time or a time of your choice which is awesome. Joe was our Electrician, did a good job trouble shooting and a real good job explaining and offered follow up assistance if the problem wasn’t fixed by The power company. Excellent service all around.
(March 1, 2020, 9:17 pm)Had two separate electricians come out and both were very helpful and informative. Joe laid out my options in a simple, realistic way. Repair work went very smoothly and any problems got resolved without issue. Tyler was an excellent technician and made the process pain-free. Highly recommend
(February 29, 2020, 11:22 am)Joe was our technician, he was very professional and knowledgeable. We have had Hutton and Power come out a few other times to do smaller jobs for us and they always do a great job. Our son he’s on his path to being electrician and Joe spent time explaining to us details about the field that would help our son be successful. He is a great guy.
