Avis Car Rental

I would like to give the AVIS rep at the Chesapeake office the employee of the year award... she was doing it all... covering the desk... answering the phone... making reservations.. going to get the rentals and pulling them up to the front door for the customer.... returning rentals... all while being pleasant... she clearly deserves a bonus and a second person to help out when the desk is 5 to 6 people in line...

First time renting from the Western Branch Avis office - my experience was outstanding!! The young man at the front desk was very thorough and professional! The gentleman who brought out the car was so friendly and helpful! He gave me a damage form to fill out. As we walked around the car, he told pointed out any dents/scrapes and had me note them on the form. Then he suggested that I take a photo of the form - just in case I lost it. (I have rented many cars from Avis, in various states, and nobody has taken the time to do that with me!).
I will definitely use the Western Branch office next time I am in town!
